How To Cook Carbonara Spaghetti


Hello everyone ! (*´∀`)~♥
Today I am here to teach you guys how to cook carbonara spaghetti. I learn from my elder brother and he teaches me the most simple ways to cook spaghetti.

哈咯大家好!
今天我又来介绍美食咯!今天我要教大家怎么煮出简单又省时间的意大利面条。Carbonara 华语是什么我并不知道,谷歌了也没有华语字,哈哈哈。其实呢我是从我哥哥那里学来的,他教我的方法是最简单的,大家一定要学起来!

I love carbonara more than tomato because it has fresh cream , onion and my favourite cheese !!! ( Actually I haven't tried out the tomato paste of spaghetti , maybe next time I can try it out if it is tasted good. )
我个人是比较爱Carbonara的酱料多过于番茄。(说到这个我其实还没有真正的吃过番茄酱料的意大利面,下次我可能会试试看要怎么煮如果好吃的话一定分享给大家啊!థ౪థ

First of all , you need to prepare the ingredients : 食材如下 :
  • One packaging of Spaghetti ( served five person ) 一包的意大利面,五个人的分量
  • One tin / One can of Carbonara paste 一罐的Carbonara酱料
  • Two to Three Slice Cheese 两片到三片的起司
  • Mayonnaise ( Optional ) 美乃滋酱 (选择性)
  • One or Two cans of Tuna 一罐的Tuna
  • Three to Four Mushroom Spices and Soup 三到四包的蘑菇汤酱料


You can but at supermarket.


That's all ! 就这些足够啦!☝( ◠‿◠ )☝


First , you need to soften the spaghetti until it can eat. ( Use the hot water to boil it )
首先,你要先把硬体的意大利面煮到软软的。

After that , take out the soften spaghetti and start to heat the wok.
之后再拿起软掉的意大利面,然后开始热锅。



In the mean time , put all the mushroom soup pour with hot water to dissolved.
同时呢,准备一个碗放蘑菇汤酱料,用热水去搅拌平均。

Pour into the wok and put a few spoon of carbonara paste. ( How much you need to put depend on your taste , I like thick so I put half of the tin. )
将搅拌均匀地蘑菇汤倒入锅子,然后放几汤匙Carbonara的酱料。(依据个人的喜好,我的话喜欢重口味的,所以我放了半罐哟。)(๑´ڡ`๑)


Stirring well and put the slice cheese until it mixing well. ( mayonnaise too )
搅拌均匀后再放上一片片的起司,然后融合一起。

Put the soften spaghetti and disperse the spaghetti.
之后就放上软掉的意大利面,搅拌均匀让每个意大利面都沾上Carbonara的酱料。


Put one can of Tuna ( up to you ) ♥(´∀` )人
放一罐的Tuna酱料(要放多少依据自己的口味)


Wait until it boil and ready for serve !
等他滚然后这样子就完成啦!
