Wow , after knowing NH Nutri Grain has wide variety of uses , do you attract by this healthy product ? YES , I have attracted by this product and having a try on it.

I thought it will be a little bit difficult to intake but surprisingly the smell is fragrant & sweet , the flavour is thick and strong. It's completely my favourite ! It is in the border of neutral between
sweetness.

Usually I intake in the early morning as I have the classes on 8 am , can't even spare the time to cook for my breakfast. Sometime there's not enough time , you can just bring a glass with , put two to three scoops and pour in with hot / lukewarm water about 200 ml it is enough.

I also intake at night when I feel lazy to cook my dinner , another reason is easy to digest and helps to sleep nicely. Not recommend to intake three meals as Nutri Grains , human still need to eat solid food.
