I am here to teach you guys how to cook a plate or a bowl of delicious Nyonya Chicken Curry. Actually it is new recipes invented by myself lol.

我又来这里啦!今天呢我要教大家煮一碗娘惹的咖喱鸡。超好吃的!这个食谱是我自己发明的,没有依据传统煮法不好意思!
Nyonya Chicken Curry is one of Malaysia famous cuisine and it also my favourite too. The taste like moderate spicy.
娘惹咖喱鸡是我们马来西亚一个著名的美食,也是我的最爱。他不辣,味道会带一点甜甜的。
This recipe is five to six serving.
今天我是要做5到6人分量的娘惹咖喱鸡!
First of all , the ingredients need to be prepared as follow : 材料如下:
- A packaging of Nyonya Chicken Curry Paste. ( I buy it at Cosway branches ) 一包的娘惹咖喱酱料
- A packaging of Coconut Cream 一包椰浆粉 ,
- Half of the Chicken 半只鸡 ,
- 1 to 2 Lemongrass 一到两个的香茅,
- 2 to 3 Curry Leaves 两到三的咖喱叶 ,
- 3 Big Potato ( cut into large pieces ) 三个大块的马铃薯 ,
- Tofu skin ( 腐竹 )
- Chili ( if you like to eat spicy ) 辣椒 ,
- Vegetable like eggplant ( Optional ) 茄子 ,
Chocked the chicken into bite size.
把肉切块,大块一点也是行的。
And also potato. 还有马铃薯也是。
Deep fried the chicken , add the lemongrass inside and put the Nyonya Chicken Curry Paste.
翻炒鸡肉,加上香茅,炒出香味,再放娘惹咖喱酱料。
Lemongrass : A fragrant tropical grass that yields an oil that smells lemon. It is widely used in Asian cooking and in perfumery and medicine.
This is Nyonya Chicken Curry Paste where I buy at Cosway branches.
这个就是娘惹酱料,在Cosway分行就能买到了!
At the same time add in potato. 同时加进马铃薯。
Stir fried the curry leave , tofu skin. ( chili , optional )
翻炒咖喱叶,腐竹。
You need to soak it in the water in order to make it soft. ( You can bought it in normal supermarket. )
记得请将腐竹泡进水里,让它变软。
If you want to put vegetables , please put the last. Because vegetables are easy to cook.
你也可以放一些的蔬菜,但是一定要最后才放。因为蔬菜很容易煮熟,煮太久营养会流失。
So I add eggplant here. Add in one tea spoon of sugar and salt to taste.
我加了茄子,然后放适量的糖和盐。
Put coconut cream or coconut milk lastly before serve.最后呢,放上一小杯的椰浆水。
*** If you like to eat thick taste , you can put two packaging of coconut milk. 若是你想要吃厚的,就加两包。
And ready for serve ! 这样子就完成啦!
