How To Cook Zhou Cai Hung Ngan 糟菜粉干


Hello food lovers ! 😝
Today I am going to teach you guys FuChou Zhou Cai Hung Ngan and it is quite famous in Sarikei too. Most of the time , I will go to the food court and have a try , some might different ( they put ginger , carrot , chilly and make the taste become spicy ? ) 😂

哈咯大家!😝 今天我要教大家的料理是 - 糟菜粉干。
这是最基本也最简单的料理,(有时候去关顾其他的店面,他们还会放其他的材料比如姜啊,辣椒啊,萝卜啊的,本来酸酸的味道瞬间变得辣辣的哈哈哈哈)😂

This can served five to six person.

今天的这个料理可以做到六人分量!😊



Ingredient you need to prepare : 材料准备如下:😊
  • One packing of Rice Vermicelli ( stick ) 一包的米粉干,粗的
  • One can of CLAM soya source 一个罐头的蛤(在市场都可以买得到。)
  • Some chopped Garlic and Lean meat 剁碎的蒜头和瘦肉
  • Few salted vegetables 一些新鲜的咸菜
  • Few Black Fungus 一些黑木耳
  • Four to Five glasses of water 四到五杯的水(多放也是可以,除非要煮成浓汤的那种)

That's all.  😊

First !
Fried the garlic and lean meat together until it is fragrance.

首先,你要爆香蒜头和瘦肉,同时一起节省时间啊!😄😄😄


After that add in salted vegetables inside and fried it too ! 之后加上咸菜,一起翻炒!


Then pour the water and wait it until the water is boiled. 之后差不多的时候,就直接倒水进去里面。


Then put the Mihun inside ( Filtered ) 之后就放米粉下去。

Then put the black fungus and mix well. 再然后放黑木耳一起下去。


Lastly , put one can of clam and mix again. 最后呢,直接放蛤就可以了!😎😎


Wait it boiled and already for serve ! 知道滚起来就可以啦!😋😋😋

*** If you like spicy , put ginger and chilly inside , the taste will not be weird but taste good ; if you like sour , put a spoon of vinegar inside the soup.😚😚

*** 如果你喜欢吃辣的,建议可以加一些姜和辣椒,味道不会很奇怪,反倒是不错的;如果你喜欢酸酸的味道,你可以放一汤匙的醋来增加酸味。😚😚
