❀ First 15 Days Meal Plan ❀

Good morning everyone ! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
I'm here to blog about my first 15 days diet meal plan.
You need to record everything you eat while you're in diet progress. Do you eat until Basal Metabolism ? Or do you overeat the food ?

So here is some of the rules or sample while you can use as a reference. (๑´ㅂ`๑)




Mostly the photo that I captured were be lunch more than breakfast.
I feel so sorry that I haven't had free time to write a detail blog post about how the way you eat.
But no worries ! I will write before end of the year. For myself reference and you guys too !

Basically , all you have to do is -


  • Eat enough Carbohydrate ,
  • Eat good Protein ,
  • Eat a lot of fiber and vitamin from vegetable , 
  • Eat good Oil
  • And Drink enough water.


I will travel almost for one month , back on December before Christmas.

I promise I will write a fully detailed how to eat in healthy ways !
